My name is Cathy Stillwell Gibson I am Wanda’s friend and invited her to The Sylva Webster Fest 2019 to raise money for her accessible land project. We were able to raise $600 at that Festival. Rolling start a local charitable organization is continuing to work on the van. Which needs a heating and air control unit, and emergency brake, repair on the handicap lift, a new battery, and tie-downs for a wheelchair. At this point we are not sure if the 600 will go toward these repairs or can buy insurance and a tag to put on the road. thanks to everyone for your support.
